    To some extent my problems were my fault but on the other hand I did not get a feeling that they had any investment in my problem. I called the day before I arrived and described my problem. No problem just swing by and we will address it. When I came in there was surprise and the promised call back never materialized. We ended up giving up getting an estimate because of the lack of response

    Needed replacement emergency exit window latch, Camping World, we will call you tomorrow with a delivery date... still waiting for the callback... Boulder City RV, sir the part will be here in two days, call you when it arrives. Two days later, part is in, and drop by we will install it for you. Support the small business, they are the best!

    Great people to work with! Rented a toy hauler to go out to the dunes and they made the process super easy. Very affordable, informative and thorough. We enjoyed the Sand sport toy hauler. We'll definitely be back again!
