Dr.Fadell is a excellent surgeon I had carpal tunnel from wear and tear he had me go to Dr.German he did test within 2 weeks I was having my surgery. I had numbness in my finger tips also sharp pain thru out my hand into my shoulders I knew it was time he made me feel comfortable going in and out of surgery his staff is unbelievable too notch....this was 3 years ago and am pain free. Now am having problems with my right hand as soon as my insurance takes care of my 1st surgery am hoping he'll take on my 2nd one...... I would give him a 10+ with his amazing staff I would definitely recommend him ......Lorree M.Ituarte
Dr. Fadell spent enough time with me, did cortisone shot in thumb area same day as first appt. I appreciated not having to come back for shot. Very gentle and kind. Super smart doctor, knows his stuff. Appt was at end of the day, his staff was itching to go home (my best guess). The girl did not understand insurance well, and...she overcharged me. I argued the amount. Ended up someone asked Dr if I had to pay. Not sure how that happened. Anyway, Dr. Fadell said I could skip paying him, but he could not do it again. Wth? The thing is; I was not asking anyone for free services! Just wanted his staff to actually look up I paid my deductibles, and did not owe so much. Now, I have a money credit, and Fadell is no longer a provider with my new insurance. What a mess with paying, but still would suggest this doctor to everyone cuz he is beyond excellent! His staff is different story, maybe just a bad day for staff...

Dr Fadell did my surgery on my finger. After that the follow up visits with him are very pleasant. His staff is amazing and whats most important you can tell they all actually care about you. I would recommend him to anyone!
