I took my 86 yrs old Mom to Dr Jones for numb hands and right wrist pain. He and his staff are awesome. He was able to reduce the numbness and fix the wrist pain in just 2 visits. Dr Jones has a very pleasant and professional manner in dealing with his patients. He makes you feel confident in healing and tells you realistic options for care. My mom doesn't wake up in the middle of the night with dead hands anymore, she is so much better! The staff is also very professional and polite. It is the ultimate in patient service!! Thank you Dr Jones and your entire staff for helping address my mom's issues when no one else would give her the time of day. You are truely the best doctor we ever been too in Nevada. Thank you for all you have done for us!!! If I could give you a 100 stars I would!!
I typically don’t write too many reviews unless something truly stands out. Many things at the Hand Surgery Specialists of Nevada stood out for me and my family. My 3 year son severely injured his hand with glass. To say the least, I was devastated but I have never come across such compassion and care like I experienced with Dr. Jones and his staff.
His assistant Monica was so tender with my son and our needs as was Dr. Jones through out our entire traumatic situation.
I can not truly put into words how incredibly thankful I am that the contact I received from the ER wasn’t in-network and I was able to find Dr. Jones through a simple google search. Things really do happen for a reason. I am eternally grateful for the care they gave my baby and the comfort and compassion they showed me and my family at our time of need!

Dr Jones is a wonderful doctor. He was very knowledgeable and performed surgery on my hand. It has been very successful and the pain is gone! i highly recommend him
This is for my husband Wesley Day, his surgery came out great, very little pain and great use of his hand. Dr. Fadell is the best, he did an amazing job. My husband is going to have his other hand done (dupuytren's). His staff is also wonderful.
I give 5 stars to Dr. Jones and his staff. I recently had wrist surgery. From my very first appointment, to the appointments in between, to my followup appointments post surgery... Dr. Jones was very personable and continuously showed kindness and compassion. I always felt he had time for my questions, explained the issues with my wrist and then the options available. The surgery went great, you can't even see the scar and my wrist is pain free. I appreciated the fact that at one appointment the front office informed me as I checked in that Dr Jones had been called in on an emergency early that morning and would be arriving late. I didn't mind waiting. All other appointments, my wait time was minimal. His assistant Monica is wonderful. She returns phone calls, goes out of her way to be helpful and is extremely friendly I highly recommend Dr. Jones. He is an outstanding doctor.
