    You're going to love the investment in yourself. The 20 minute workout is challenging and makes a difference in muscle tone and strength. The trainers are energetic and attentive and the facility is always clean. Exercising is fun at this studio!

    I go into all new situations, workouts included, with a mix of enthusiasm and skepticism. I started in late May 2021...and 7 months later I am still at it! Why? Because I have gained strength & confidence and lost 18 lbs., by sticking to the plan the coaches laid out for me.

    I work out primarily with Mark, but have also trained with Rich, Julia, Kerri & Anthony, and they are all FANTASTIC. They take time to explain the exercises, what muscle groups are involved, and offer encouragement when I need it. The workout is 20 minutes, 2 x week, which fits well in my busy schedule.

    The gym is kept super clean and social distancing is never an issue.

    Did I mention the coaches are GREAT!

    Give it a try....you will love it.
