  Mavis Discount tires the best place to get your tires especially if you don't need the same day. I decided I wanted Nokian all weather tires which were available through Mavis's warehouse. Please be advised that while shopping online "in stock" means they are available at the warehouse and not at a local Mavis. I ordered the tires online and scheduled an appointment for mounting at the Mount Holly Mavis due to their high ratings. You don't pay for anything until the day of your service. I was taken at my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Only one person needed to use their library voice when going over additional recommended service. I did opt for the much needed alignment. The waiting area is decent but was a bit cold.

  Front desk staff are friendly, and Frank is an AMAZING mechanic! Very thorough and does great and timely work! I've been going to Mavis since it was STS and will continue to go there as long as Frank is there!

  Recently went to this Mavis and I must say the customer service is excellent. Joe (Manager) was very professional and helpful. Briana (Asst. Manager) showed excellent customer service and very welcoming. JEFF!!!!! (Asst. Manager) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He showed Mavis isn't just about money but the safety of their customer. Patrick is an excellent team player. I watched as he helped where it was needed and did an awesome job while doing it. Long story short, This MAVIS is where my car will be serviced. The team above made my wait and car service experience pleasant! Thanks 38 Mavis Team!
