  I recently bought a 13 year old Jeep Wrangler- The Joke is Jeep stands for” Just Empty Every Pocket.” I was ready for a pretty hefty maintenance bill. Booked on-line and wanted everything checked from antifreeze to transmission fluid. They could of hit me with a bunch of services- and I would of said yes based upon the age- mileage of the Wrangler , but they did NOT. Oil change and alignment. The alignment did not go easy based on some worn out parts that needed to be replaced, and later I found a on again- off again coolant leak. Goodyear MH did those repairs too. The Wrangler also needed tires. Playing around on-line I found a very good deal on Goodyear Wrangler tires. I almost clicked “ buy” but I screen shotted the on-line invoice and brought it to Goodyear- they beat the on-line price. No hassles about it. Added bonus, the tires MH Goodyear put on were on made two months ago- so very fresh tires. I’ve been a customer here for 20 years never felt like I was being taken for a ride. Never had to go back to fix something that wasn’t done correctly. Goodyear usually has some pretty good coupons and rebates on-line- they help take the sting out of paying for repairs and service.

  Anthony , Steve , and trace made my experience at good you one to remember I will definitely be bring but all of my cars for work . They were helpful attentive and all around good people . Highly recommend coming to the Goodyear on rt 38 mt holly great great service

  Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Honest straight up service is what you get here at this Goodyear location. Mark had my vehicle checked out found multiple troubles outside my budget, covered the troubles with me. The cost was less than 100.00 dollars! I been charged 100's for diagnostic trouble isolation several times and had to file it under ' it is what it is '. Gave 4 stars only because I did not actually have work done. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Clearly visible from the street. Be advised that this location is right before turn onto Madison Av and cars may come up on you fast as you are turning in, and leaving. Can drop vehicle and key off night before if need. Bathroom available. Handicap parking and access.

  George and John responded quickly to my request for 4 replacement tires for my car. They were not in stock but tracked them down and kept me apprised when delivered. Got them within 24 hours and called to let me know to keep appointment previously scheduled. No nonsense with price. Honored what was calculated on-line. Mounted balanced performed 4 wheel alignment done in 90 minutes. Observed their interactions with other customers. Respectful and helpful to all and above all provided honest assessments. Highly recommend.
