Most of all, they really care about their students. If you are lucky enough to practice yoga or other classes here you will enjoy and be better for it!

(September 29, 2021, 9:29 am)All instructors are extremely knowledgeable of the practice, talented and courteous. The owners - Ian and Carrie are friendly and welcoming to all who join. Leo makes his class fun by showing his sense of humor but at the same time is professional and structured. Studio is clean and orderly. Great workout to rejuvenate your body + mind. Can’t wait to go back for my next class!
