  Lucky to have a professional trainer like Donald in our area. He has experience training professional athletes all over the United States (and the world). Encouraging, sympathetic but tough, he’s great at motivating and helping you understand the purpose and value of each exercise. He doesn’t use a cookie-cutter generic routine, but rather a data centered scientifically proven approach. Expert in injury prevention, which is fantastic. Helped my daughter get recruited by D1 schools ????????

  Since my initial orientation at the gym, Sean went above and beyond to assist me in anyway he could with my fitness goals. When I discussed with him my issues with scoliosis, hip pain, and migraines he was the one that motivated me to make a change. At the ripe age of 24 I had become complacent with accepting pain as a regular occurrence in my life because it had been an aspect of my life for so long. Instead of just "maintaining" the condition of my health as many health care professionals insisted I do, Sean showed me that I could IMPROVE my condition. As a pretty high-maintenance client who always had to ask questions, Sean was able to provide me with a multitude of information and resources in order for me to have a greater understanding of exercise and nutrition. Sean really made me feel like a priority and encouraged me in every way possible! Without being preachy, he made me realize the life changes I had to make in order to feel my best. He worked collaboratively with my chiropractor on correcting my musculature imbalances, building my strength and endurance, working on stress management, as well as building my confidence! He taught me that with the right exercise routine, and correct diet choices I can look and more importantly, feel 100%!
