  George is hands down, the full package. If you're looking for top-notch personal trainer then he is the best in town. I've worked out with trainers before but the experience with George has been on a different level entirely. I had some health concerns and unlike any other trainer, George actually listened!!! He immediately customized my training routine to ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable, knowledgable and passioante when it comes to training. He is super supportive in training objectives, outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. My training starts early in the am and George is always set up & ready to go ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned...simply full package; workout routine, nutrition, addressing any injuries or health concerns by applying different techniques so you can still achieve the same desired results.

  Excellent personal training and gym space. George is great at creating a workout plan and getting you give your all. A full assortment of equipment and a very clean environment. There are also group classes if you don't want a one on one session.
