(July 23, 2017, 9:36 am)The bed and breakfast was very nice. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived. We got a tour of the home and introductions to the staff and other guests. The room was a good size with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking would be considered a problem, but if you arrive at the place before 9am, there are plenty of open spaces. After the beach opens up, good luck finding a spot. There was a delicious freshly made breakfast buffet in the morning which my wife and I enjoyed on their wrap around porch. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone. This place is designed and marketed towards retired folks, or people looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. I enjoyed myself immensely and would go again if in the area.

(July 22, 2017, 10:07 pm)Beautiful little bed and breakfast. Clean and quiet. Right across the street from the ocean, and also right along the boardwalk... only a quick half mile walk from where the shops and restaurants start.
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and offered a cold glass of iced tea and some delicious cookies. We stayed in Room 2, with a nice ocean view from one of the huge windows in the room. It was a bright, sunny room, with the option to draw the shades. There was also a private terrace with 2 chairs with an ocean view. There is central air throughout the building which is great, but I wish we had been able to turn it off and open some windows during the night for fresh air and the sound of the ocean. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but some people like that (my husband).
You get beach passes and are able to make use of beach chairs provided by the house. They were very nice, fully reclinable Nautica chairs. After some time at the beach they welcome you back for some afternoon tea and snacks. There was fresh fruit (cherries and grapes) and bundt cake laid out for the taking. Also some snack bars, a variety of cookies, and pistachios.
The bathroom was nice and clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a tv with cable in the room, along with a mini fridge, and alarm clock with ipod docking station.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 930. There was a buffet of eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, Mexican eggs (amazing!), muffins (delicious!) , coffee, and an assortment of tea. Everything was so delicious and it made me so happy to sit on the wrap-around porch and sip my tea while staring out over the ocean.
