Very happy with all staff. My not quite 97 yr old aunt seemly declined overnight. Accend accepted her as a patient. My stress level has gone from a 10+ to a 0. All medications,supplies,durable medical equipment was handled seamlessly.
Unfortunately, my aunt could no longer be cared for at home. All arrangements to transfer her to a facility were also handled seamlessly. Due to covid, we are not permitted to visit. Assend hospice aide continues to see my aunt 5 days a week. The Chaplin also continues to visit. A nurse also visits once a week. They are my eyes & ears.
Their social worker has also reached out to me . I highly recommend this group of caring, organized & just plain wonderful group.
