Insight Physical Therapy

I've been to a few physical therapists over the last decade and had been feeling like they weren't helping me deal with the pain I was describing. They gave me some exercises, or had me ride an exercise bike while they attended to other patients... but the pain didn't resolve. Going to Andrea, my expectation was that this would be more of the same and that I was doomed to adapt to my pain rather than heal it. But (thankfully!) I was quickly surprised. Andrea takes her time to understand the specific pain and how it is related to the rest of your body. She's holistic in her practice, she's patient and caring, and she individualizes her plans to your needs. I would recommend her to my closest family and friends (and anyone else) any day.
