I paid and set up my appointment for the next day. I downloaded everything in the How to, was on the last thing and my phone rang, 20 min after I paid and set up the appointment for the next day. He was very polite and offered to do mine right then. I was way excited and ready!!! Since I had followed instructions and have everything downloaded and done, it took about 15 min and my phone was done and we were off the phone.
