Even though my appointment had to be rescheduled for a later time in the evening, I was kept in constant contact about when would be the right time and after that the service only took 5-10 minutes. I paid and set up my appointment for the next day. I downloaded everything in the How to, was on the last thing and my phone rang, 20 min after I paid and set up the appointment for the next day. He was very polite and offered to do mine right then. I was way excited and ready!!!
