    My kids love attending class here - the teachers are very patient and consistent. They provide a fun experience while challenging each student to exercise their skills and grow every class. :)

    Wonderful instructors willing to go above and beyond for their students. A treasure to have in Delmar. Great for kids and adults to improve your fitness, health, self defense skills and most importantly your self confidence.

    When I first started BJJ, Joe was coaching some early morning classes where I was training. From day one, he treated me like an equal. The way he shared his passion and knowledge was infectious. Six or so years later, I find myself modeling my game. Joe is a stellar human, coach, and friend. If you're in the area, not checking this place out would be a terrible decision.

    Great coaches great environment and super clean. Clobber and the other instructors take great care to make sure new students learn perfect technique. As a new student I can personally say that the coaching and instruction here has helped me grow significantly in just a few months of practice. I’m a jits beginner, but there are also typically advanced students in every class if you’re into simulating murder with a friend. One of the best places in the area to learn the gentle art of folding clothes with the person still inside

    I have trained in jiu jitsu for over a decade. I stopped by when this gym first opened and I have made it a second home. Excellent talent pool to train with. Knowledgeable coaches and a clean environment, everything you can ask for! We also just did a birthday party for my 6 year old son and the kids had a blast! The coaches had great and creative ways to get the kids moving, engaged and practicing jiu itsu without even knowing it. I strongly endorce this gym 🤗 for adults and kids.
