Hypnosis Works Well George Guarino, CH

Just wanted to share my experience. I had three sessions with George and have had a truly positive outcome with stopping my night time snacking.
It has made a big difference and has helped tremendously with my weight loss.

I was very reluctant at first to try hypnosis. I felt I had tried everything else and never had the results I really needed. I had hypnosis works well saved for 8 months before I actually called. I’m so glad I listened to the reviews because they are right. George really provides a non-judgmental, relaxing atmosphere. I went in wanting to become a better person. I thought my whole life I needed to be fixed. I was such a broken person and I hadn’t even known it until my mind became stronger. I didn’t get the results I had been asking for/looking for but I got the ones I needed. Somehow George was able to help me find happiness and strength that I had the whole time.

I decided to try hypnosis (which was one of the best choices I've ever made in my life!!) for my recurring insomnia that was a direct side effect of an early injury. I've tried many different methods and I've seen various healers to no avail. Doctors could only provide me with heavy medications which in the long run made my condition a lot worse. My mother mentioned about hypnosis and I started searching online and George's practice instantly caught my eye. After the first session I started sleeping better and gradually my fear of ''bed-time'' started to subside. (I had sleepless nights for so long that I was dreading the night time) His approach to my insomnia was like no other. Ten months ago, I found myself "a woman without a mission". So, like a good little baby boomer, I did some research into self-help options as a way to get back on my path, which led me to hypnosis. Having enjoyed the benefits of deep meditation in the past, hypnosis appealed to me. Thankfully, the stars aligned and a Google search led me to George's practice. I visited his website almost daily for about six months before I got up the nerve to call for an apt. However, before scheduling a live session, George took the time to talk to me at length by phone to ensure that he understood what I hoped to accomplish thru hypnosis and what it may or may not (realistically) offer me, based on my circumstances. By the end of the call, we decided to schedule a session. In total, I had 3 sessions and each time George guided me on a journey into my mind that was like nothing I've ever experienced. It made me feel happy and lighter and brought out an artistic side of me that I am now sharing with others. George, I can't thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and professionalism.
