St.Peter's Laboratory

I’ve never had blood drawn before & I definitely have a fear of needles, so naturally I was anxious going here today. However, the staff were very kind & couldn’t have been more helpful with my situation. They were so supportive, understanding, & reassuring. I appreciate them so much!

I was nervous about getting my son’s blood work done but the nurse and her assistant were so nice and made us laugh through the whole thing. My son stayed very calm and they did the blood work in an efficient way he was very brave about it. Thank you.

The nurse at my doctor's office tried 3 times to draw my blood, complaining the whole time, blaming ME for her incompetence and leaving me bruised all over. At St. Peter's Lab it took 2 seconds with a friendly professional (even though the best veins were blown by the nurse) and I was done. So happy they are available!

When I first entered the Lab office, the receptionist did not even acknowledge me. She was with a patient and just looked up at me and went on with her business. I stood there at the reception window for a few minutes because I wanted to ask her if my script had been faxed to them. I said to her I only have a quick question. She said to me "take a number and sit down". We are very busy today. So I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes before she called my number. By now I was super angry at her and wanted to leave but knew I had to get my blood work done . So when it was my turn , I asked if she had my script yet and she did not. She called the doctor's office and actually talked to my doctor's nurse about faxing it over. Which did happened. "So then it was my turn and I went back with here . .. While she was on still the phone with my doctor's office, she gave me the phone and my doctor's nurse gave me my results of a liver ultrasound I had two days ago. This all was happening while I was sitting next to Danielle at her desk. The results were not favorable and I started to get very upset and shaky and crying . All I can say now is "thank God that Danielle was there with me". She talked to me, she calmed me down, she rubbed my back and gave me many hugs and assured me everything would be alright. She told me to call her if I needed someone to just talk. Wow I don't know what I would have done without her at that moment. I don't think I was in any shape to even drive home . I was going to write a terrible review of this place and now I am writing a wonderful review because of Danielle. Thank you for being there for me and helping me get through hearing this terrible news. p.s, she was a whiz at taking my blood.
