Wilkeson Pointe

I discovered this place by making a wrong turn and do not regret it at all. There is a parking lot, restrooms with a water fountain, kayak rental and launch, beach, beer garden, slides, and fun relics to climb on. We tried to fly a kite there and ended up enjoying the sunset. It is a beautiful park!

Went to an event here, and it was a nice place to visit! I would come back for the sunsets alone. It would be a good place to picnic or take a walk during the day or exercise.

What a beautiful place. Convenient parking. Well cared for grounds. My dog loves the little dog beach . They have kayak rental, beer garden and food trucks. For those familiar with Maine. I would call this the Marginal Way of Buffalo

We had a fantastic time here, light rain notwithstanding. You can tell that there was significant investment put in to turn this into the lovely urban oasis that it is. Loved the public art and the views of downtown Buffalo. Just prepare for the weather as the place does get exposed to the elements. We easily found street parking during our visit.

What a beautiful place! I will definitely be coming back with my bike soon. A great walk, very pretty 😍
