  Nothing like the nostalgia of childhood class trips, the sights and smells of battleships and assistant teachers pointing the way to the next room of pictures and descriptions of things you won't fully grasp until your 20s when you go again, with the thoughts of those Brave souls that sacrificed it all to allow us to enjoy everything we don't even appreciate as much as we should. Lovely tour and worth every penny.

  I was in the Navy back in the late seventies and early eighties, it brought back many good memories and the special feeling of patriotism.

  Veterans Park is a great park to walk through. Especially if you want to see monuments dedicated to the veterans. You will get some great views and Kodac moments here. Off in the distance you will see the Buffalo Naval Park. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THAT!!!!

  The Veterans Park consists of a walkway along side the main walkway for the Buffalo Naval & Military Park with many memorials erected commemorating the veterans from Buffalo for the various campaigns. The area is very well maintained and the memorials are all unique. It's a great tribute to all the service men and women that served our country. Definitely consider taking this quieter path after visiting the Naval & Military Park.

  Pretty cool tourist attraction! Walk through a couple battleships and a submarine? Count me in! My wife, son and i down a few hours here walking through each of the vessels and learning how sailors lived while out to see. Some great history here!! Great way to spend a day!
