Veterinary Emergency Clinic

This clinic is open 24 hrs and the staff work very diligently to help in order of emergencies which is good. Although it is difficult at times to watch your pet struggle while you wait Dr. Doyle, and the phone follow up questions answered by the tech. we're handled excellently.
I appreciate the help they offer especially with the Vet's offices being so full.

My cat passed away on the holiday when my vet was closed for 4 days. I called and was able to bring her to the emergency clinic. They were kind and compassionate and sent my baby to be cremated. I received a beautiful card with a heartfelt message even though they didn't know me or my cat, and it included her paw prints. The box with her ashes has her name engraved on it. It's beautiful. I appreciate the kindness that I have been shown.

I had to bring my 4 year old Rottweiler in because my vet was booked solid for weeks. I had the best experience with everyone I came in contact with during our visit. Honestly it was way better than I anticipated especially after reading some of the reviews but I also think that because I went in with an open mind and patience, that helped. Yes we did wait a very very long time, but like any human emergency room, the wait is always a long time. I HIGHLY recommend this emergency vet and I want to thank them for taking such good care of us!

We want to thank Courtney for her kindness and empathy during our visit. She was very reassuring and offered good advice. It was wonderful talking to such a caring person during a difficult time with our kitty. We did have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, but we were in a private room at least.
