Jerry Simon from West Herr was the best salesman. He helped my mother purchase a used car that was perfect for her in every way. He was kind and patient and took care of everything for her. My mom said she had the best experience and would highly recommend Jerry Simon to anyone looking for a used car.

I absolutely 💯 respect West Herr Hyundai dealership. As I drove up to the open overhead door, I was greeted with most loving assistance. After she had taken my information down, I was asked to go inside to speak with the assistant who was at the front desk. Afterwards I was asked to go into the beautiful lounging room until my vehicle was ready. Everything was on point. They placed my new registration on my windshield, and my new plate’s on the front and back of the vehicle. Thanks, West Herr Hyundai, for continuing being one of the best 🦬❤️💜💛

This was my first time ever making a car purchase thru a dealership and I thought it was gonna be very stressful but Ryan k made the whole process very easy he got me the car I was looking for. The whole process was awesome. We've dealt with Miguel Paz now 4 different times and he's the best!!!! Friendly and helpful. Everyone we dealt with from sales to financing right down to Ryan from the Hyundai dealership was great. Ryan came right to my house to deliver my new vehicle which was so nice! Didn't have to drive back to the dealership which was very convenient. Had a small issue trying getting the voice command to work only to find out it was my phone being too old for my new vehicle. Go figure... Andy MacDonald helped us figure that one out. I love that West Here can pretty much get any vehicle we might ever want. Definitely our go to car dealership from now on!!! Overall a very pleasant experience.
