I absolutely love the care that I receive at Harmonia. My counselor is absolutely amazing I’m not going to name names for discretion purposes, However the front staff is friendly every single time you go out or have to make a call and even to call and request refills of your medications they are prompt everything is fast and to the point and everything gets done the same day and if not the very next morning and my doctor that I have there that I see my psychiatrist, he is absolutely amazing so all around everybody that works at this company is absolutely fabulous I absolutely 100% recommend them to anybody family, friend, strangers alike. All around great place to seek out whatever type of mental help or treatment that you need. Not to mention all of the other services they have as well. Senior services, social working services, etc.…

I have been with Harmonia for a while now and I have seen people retire, come and go but I love the details of my treatment plan and goals. I am helped through this process of change with my counselor and doctor. They understand everything from mental illness to just being overloaded or overwhelmed. I would be lost without my team of experts who are working with me. If you are going through some difficult times please do yourself a favor and call one of the professionals at the front desk and let them change your life. Time an issue, not a problem they will work with you. Change your emotions and be prepared to smile and enjoy life again.

I have been a client of Harmonia Collaborative Care formally known as Community Concerns for a little over 2 years now and I can’t say enough about how much they have helped me. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond what is asked of them. During this entire CoVid19 the staff has come up with ways to safely help you and still keep your scheduled appointments via phone or video calls. Harmonia Collaborative Care offers so many special resources from behavioral health to senior living and more. I’m proud to give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Thank you Harmonia Collaborative Health Care for helping me get me back!!!

This organization is terrific! They helped our elderly relative for many years and do a great service to the community especially those shut-ins around Western New York during the long winters.
