Hampton Appliance in Garden City always provides personal service and great advice. They are so knowledgeable about all brands of appliances. Their top notch staff don't try to sell you what you don't need, like I've experienced at other places. If you want a true partner for your home appliances, Chris and his staff are the only ones in New York you can count on. Other places always make you feel like they are just trying to reach their quota. I don't feel like a "quota" at Hampton.
I wanted to use a small business to purchase my appliances. I saw that Hampton had great reviews, so I went on their website and sent a message (because of the pandemic I didn't want to go into the store). I immediately received a response from Vincent. He told me that I should wait to purchase appliances because many brands weren't shipping at the time and many models were being discontinued. He didn't push any other brand, just told me to wait. And I really appreciated that. When my dryer ruined my daughter's shirt, I had to buy a new washer/dryer ASAP. I met Vincent in the store and we discussed my options. He wanted to double check the measurements of the closet they were to go in, and sent his installer. Once he got the OK, I ordered and they were just installed. Again I asked about kitchen appliances and again Vincent told me to wait. Every step in the process was easy and I felt comfortable working with Vincent.
