    I'm surprised this shows as a 2* hotel - it felt like a very well run 3*. Shuttle service to/from JFK was very well run - we waited 5 mins for pickup, and it left exactly as scheduled in the morning. Bed was very comfy, and room was clean. Nice to have free cakes/tea+coffee/lemon water at reception. We left before breakfast was served.

    Delivers on everything it promises and more. Very polite staff and willing to accommodate requests. The shuttle service to and from the airport is prompt and they also hold your luggage in case you need.

    This is relatively reasonably priced hotel with all of the amenities of a 5-star hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I will always stay there when I'm in NY and would recommend it to all. One on my best hotel experiences.

    A great place to stay in. Its location is very convenient to the airport and restaurants. The staff is very friendly as well. I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!

    Great service. Clean. Convenient to JFK airport. Coffee available (free). Left too early for breakfast, though. Shuttle service was super. Counted on ATM for tip money but no ATM.
