This is an update to the first review I posted 2 months ago (see below).

I recently visited Epic IV Medical Spa for Botox injections and the results were absolutely fantastic! The deep brow furrows, laugh lines around my eyes, and frown lines between my eyes were all gone, leaving me looking at least 10 years younger. I am constantly astonished each time I catch a glimpse of my reflection in the mirror. The spa is run by Yu Seon, a licensed nurse practitioner, and her kind demeanor, professional expertise, and experienced touch are the reasons why I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Epic IV to anyone looking for top-quality beauty and wellness treatments. I wouldn’t risk going to a non-medical beauty spa for an unlicensed esthetician to work on my face. I don't post reviews often, but I was so impressed with my results and experience that I just had to share. This spa exceeded my expectations in every way. Epic IV is located in the Plainview, Long Island area. If you’re nearby (or far, I come in from NJ) definitely check it out!

I'm so happy with this place. very clean and comfortable. I get IV drip and botox done here. They're absolutely amazing. She is so precise, careful, and knowledgeable with long experience in the medical field. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable setting with reasonable prices. She was friendly and made the whole process comfortable. Many nurses have a hard time finding my vein but she got it in one shot which I appreciated very much. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
