Super helpful and very sweet - Suzette helped us order contacts that were sold out everywhere else and gave us some emergency contacts while we waited for them to come in. A life saver!

The store manager is extremely friendly and professional. She set up an appointment for the optician to do an adjustment to my new glasses, and the work was done on time and beautifully. This will be my go-to store for all future eyeglass needs.

My first experience at Sterling Optical right before Covid, when I first moved into the neighborhood was fantastic! I couldn’t have a better experience and service. I brought my glasses for repair and it was nicely done by Steve, (I think that is his name) and the lady in the front, very helpful and knowledgeable. They really care for the clientele and it is a personalized customer service. This is my third time, and I’m glad that they are still in business and with the same cordial attitude.
I highly recommend this business as it is for me, one of the little jewels and cherished shops in the UWS.

I have had only positive experiences with Sterling Optical over the last several years. In particular, Suzette is incredibly helpful and professional. During the pandemic she offered to mail me my contacts. She’s very responsive and is a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend.

The team at Sterling Optical is excellent. They take their time to explain everything and make sure you have everything you need, and they go above and beyond to be helpful. In particular, I can't praise Suzette enough. She found a way to let me have 10 extra pairs of trial contact lenses when I got myself in a pickle by not ordering my new lenses quickly enough for them to arrive before I needed to leave on a long trip out of town. I recommend this Sterling location very highly!
