I have been very happy with the professionalism, service and responsiveness to my auto needs from Pine Island Auto. Aside from my vehicle, they recently helped out friends visiting from Massachusetts with a fair size repair that allowed them to get back home on schedule. Glad this shop is in the neighborhood.

I was visiting Pine Island for a quick trip from New Jersey. While driving down, shortly before arrival, I got an code saying the trans was unhappy. On very short notice, Bob was kind enough to squeeze the car in for a transmission flush and fluid change. I felt for the service, it was a very fair price. I don't know that they can always make those kind of schedule changes, but not having a lot of options at that point, it was a very important visit for us. I was treated like my business mattered, knowing I was about to turn around and head 21 hours back home, and still helped us out. There was no pushing of new brakes or shocks or anything else, just timely service! Thanks again! The car ran great, no more codes!!! Well done guys. Doug from NJ

Sal is so deserving of a 10 star review. We are a fleet. Sal always has a smile on and always courteous. I brought a very recently purchased limo there for overall go over. He found bad tie rod link, called immediately with price and price did not change when I went to pick up. He advised me of bad tires, offered to get new but I explained I use a specific tire dealer. Sal was not a bit insulted. Days later I stopped in with my truck that one of his sister shops worked on and I had problems with dealings. He took the initiative to call that shop to get resolved. After they refused to warranty, he is fixing himself. He mentioned the bad tires again to remind me for safety. Yes indeed they were bad and dangerous as per my tire dealer. I highly recommend Sal! We are very thankful to know him as well as Jeff from Automotive Inginuity (exotics ).
