I really like the service it was really quick and the staff and the optometrist was very nice and explained to me what I needed to know in the easiest way possible and I was also referred there by a friend I’m happy to have found them ♥️
Had an appointment on Friday the 10th of September. I was greeted by Jackie at reception who was professional and very kind. Was seen by the doctor with no wait time and found him to be knowledgeable (I’ve been seeing ophthalmologists and Optometrists since the age of 3 due to issues I was born with) he was thorough and possessed a wonderful bedside manner. Jackie had picked a bunch of frames that she placed neatly on the try on table. I loved almost all of them. I picked a really nice pair of frames with a hint of color that I love. Jackie was most helpful during this process. I had a great experience at Nanuet Vision and can’t wait to get the call telling me my glasses are ready. I will post again after that happens to share that experience. Right now I am a very happy customer!
Updating my previous review. Upon returning, to try one last time, I spoke with them only to find out, they are not the one's who put these store hours on google. Google has done it on their own, and that is the reason for the difference. Google should not do that, as it misleads the consumer into thinking its real data to depend on. In this case it wasn't, and I unfairly gave a bad review because of it. Glad I returned, and was able to apologize to business for original review. Note to self - don't believe the hours posted here, call first. Was a quick and painless experience and would recommend.
I came here and had a very nice experience! The receptionist was pleasant on both visits; first to book the appointment, then the appointment itself. I came a few minutes early and they were ready to take me immediately. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to identify my prescription quickly and easily, and I left at the same time my appointment was supposed to start. I'll be coming back!
My husband, Step Daughter and I have had wonderful experiences at Nanuet Vision Center. The Optometrist is absolutely amazing! For the first time ever, I have the perfect prescription and can see so clearly! The Office Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful! We will always visit this center for our vision needs!
