  This place has nailed it! Personal training experience in a small group environment.
  
  The structure makes you push yourself, appropriate to your fitness level. Whether you’re already in top shape and looking to push further, just getting back after a few years out, or just getting started - it’s the right place. Greg, the owner and lead trainer, ensures to make it the perfect experience on an individual level.
  
  Greg also keeps it interesting to prevent boredom and monotony. I have been going for about 2 months, and no 2 sessions have been the same.
  
  I am so glad I finally found this place. Wish I had known about it years ago. I couldn’t be happier.

  This gym is in a great location. The gym is very well kept. It’s not huge, it’s a good size though. The trainers are friendly, but they will kick your butt during training time. Especially Greg????. This is not your regular gym settings. It’s more like a bootcamp. The sessions last an hour. Trust me, you don’t need anymore than that. My husband and I train together from 5am to 6am. That’s the first session of the day. We choose this time because of his work schedule. So far, so good. Oh and you get a week free to try it out and see if you like it. I mean, can it get any better.

  Awesome gym! I wish I found it sooner! I have been looking all over for a great bootcamp style gym class that is not overly priced and has a great group of members and a motivational trainer. This is the place.

  Greg is amazing! If you show up at least 3-4 times a week there’s no way you won’t see result. Get ready to sweat!

  Happy I stumbled upon this great fitness camp. Working as a traveling nurse regular exercise is important. Walked in and was able to join with no long term contract, which is very important because I will relocate again. G is awesome and knows exactly how to help me lose my belly pouch from those late night eating due to my work schedule. Highly recommend him.
