Great place to go to enjoy maple weekend. Informative and fun tour. Lots of great maple products and food. Make sure to bring boots because there is usually lots of mud.

We were there on a Sunday. They had an excellent program for sampling, tasting and touring. Great products and a lot of maple based items to choose from. I particularly liked the Maple Hot Mustard. Long gone are the days of just coming home with a maple leaf maple sugar piece of candy.👌

Merle Maple has their stuff together. Under an hour drive from Buffalo brings you to a great family business where you can have a fun family experience. There's maple syrup, maple candy, maple cream, and more. We've been here many times and always return. This weekend they gave a tour of the behind-the-scenes work for making the maple candy. We love the family atmosphere!

A few times a year they offer a free tour day. I highly recommend it. First tour they discussed the process of collecting make syrup. The second was a tractor ride around the grounds by the tapped Maple trees. Very interesting. They had several free samples of Maple syrup and spreads. Our tour guide was Dean. He was great

Fun place with amazing varieties of maple products, maple food items like maple bar boiled eggs, pulled pork, and other amusing things on the menu.
Also had an air cannon , tractor rides to the sugar bush etc.,
