  My son was having chronic ear infections every month since starting childcare. Did a lot of research and heard how going to the chiropractor will help. Started going to Dr. Saario and my son has not had an ear infection since. We’ve been going for almost three months now!

  Traveling from out of town and wrenched my lower back while here in Axalta paint school. They were gracious enough to get me right in and treat me almost immediately. I’ve had back problems my whole life and I frequent my chiropractor at home, so I know if somebody knows what they’re doing... Dr Scott was so good I would almost consider the 2 1/2 hour drive to make him my regular guy. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. Kind, compassionate and really took time to care about my particular problem. Explained my hip issues to me and ordered custom orthotics to hopefully help fix a lifelong alignment problem! Highly recommended! Kelsie and Piper in the office were very nice as well!

  Dr. Scott is super knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy, physiology, and sports related injuries. He has helped me and my family with several injuries and he also helps us maintain our health through regular visits and adjustments. The Chiro Cabarrus staff members are always friendly and it is always a great experience. We are extremely blessed to have such a knowledgeable, passionate chiropractor in our Vitality building!

  The absolute best chiropractic doctor I have ever seen. Problem area fixed with only a coupe visits. The team here is very nice. Office is very professional and clean.

  My husband and I have found ChiroCabarrus, the staff and Dr. Saario very kind and helpful. We have been to other Chiropractic offices over the years, and this is by far the best. We LOVE the Christian atmosphere and treatment. Dr. Saario has assessed our problems accurately and the treatments have been effective. We do highly recommend this clinic.
