  Poplar Animal Hospital has done a great job of keeping my pups healthy and happy! On more than one occasion I have asked for an appointment within 24-48 hours and they have been able to help me out. Every individual that I’ve interacted with has been polite and knowledgeable at this establishment. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet.

  I’m so thankful for everyone at this facility. We wanted to find somewhere that could see our sweet boy after falling and getting hurt. They got him in and treated him so well. Unfortunately, the medicine worked for a little while and then our sweet boy couldn’t hold on anymore. We had to make one of the most difficult (if not the most difficult) decisions we have had to make as a family and that was to end his suffering. Poplar animal hospital was there for us and our boy and handled him with the upmost care and love. Good Shepherd Cremation handled him equally as well and within a couple days he’s back home in a beautiful box and we have paw prints, an ornament, cards from both places. Neither of them pushed for payment and were actually very affordable. I highly recommend Poplar Animal Hospital to anyone with fur babies. We’re transferring our other two fur babies over to them as soon as the “contract” with Banfield ends. Heck, I might even just keep paying Banfield but taking them to Poplar because it seems all Banfield cares about is their money. We’ve taken Howey to Poplar twice and it was cheaper than one visit to Banfield. Fur babies first and foremost, finances second. Keep up the great job Poplar Animal Hospital, you’ve been wonderful.

  These good people have supported excellent health for 3 of our dogs over the course of the last 15-18 years. From normal wellness visits to knee surgeries to tragic loss, every single human in this practice has blessed us with professional excellence, compassion, flexibility, good humor, and warmth. They truly care about my 2 dogs and my family. I could not be happier or more impressed.

  The staff at Poplar Animal Hospital are exceptional. Dr. Justis was very thorough in her explanations and took time to answer my questions. Her assistant was also very exceptional in answering my questions. Both were very compassionate in their treatment of my dog, especially during such a difficult time with his recent diagnosis. I also love that Dr. Justis even provided a health report for my dog along with treatment instructions and supplemental documents for me to refer to for my dog’s diagnosis. All my experiences at this vet have been great. I would definitely recommend this place for your pet’s health needs.

  Our Boys were treated exceptionally well here at Poplar Animal Hospital. We appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the way our boys were greeted. Highly recommend!!!!
