Today I went in to get my Rollator with seat. Welcomed us as we went in door. The woman very helpful and explained everything about Walker. Total time in about 14-20 minutes.

My husband was being discharged from the hospital, and it was important that the equipment delivery arrived right before his medical transport did. Tonia was excellent at communicating with me and made it happen. We so appreciate the service.

David my Respertory Technician was great!! He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable using my bipap machine. The only negative was it took a month to actually get my machine however this wasn't really there fault It was due to the fact that the machine my doctor ordered was the most expensive machine which is more difficult to get from the supplier for some reason. I called several times to check on it and they would always be polite and said they would call when it came in. I don't know if I just happened to call again as soon as it came in or they forgot to call and tell me it was in but I found out it was in by calling not them calling me. But overall a great experience.

Very detailed class on everything dealing with the machine. I don't remember the young lady's name but she was a great instructor and was very detailed oriented and very patient with the questions.

The day I called there was a high volume of calls, so I chose to be called back. The call was returned pretty quick (less than 5 minutes). I called at 12:10 and had an another appointment at 1:45pm. The device was swapped out in a little over 3 hours. Very impressive. Thank you for your prompt communication and delivery.
