They do a great job. His wife handles communications and scheduling, and he handles all field work.
This morning, I had him come out to check out a soggy part of my yard, and he ended up running into a failure/location combination he had never seen before. He resolved it very quickly, and i have confidence that he did the job right.
I also added to the scope of work at the outset of the visit (i had broken a connector while digging in the garden, and asked him t check my backflow preventer), and he also resolved those quickly.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time he's been out to help me resolve an issue, and every time i appreciate his work.
