I submitted a rental application a day after the property was listed on the market, and I’m going to give 5 star even though I was not approved.
(They communicate) Lauren, the rental agent answered my inquiry really quick. (They do process applications in a appropriate manner of time) They take about 2-3 days to give an answer, (They give a reason of the decision) they notified me that they didn’t even process my application because someone else who submitted an application ahead of time was approved, and (they do no take your money) they won’t charge the application fee if they won’t process it.

My experience with Southern Properties Rental Management Company has been remarkable to say the least. Sharon Lewis did a phenomenal job assisting me by answering all of my questions, ensuring that issues with my property were addressed in a timely manner, and providing the reassurance I needed consistently.
