Spencer is a very honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I've trusted him with many of my cars over the years. His prices are very fair and he's always done the job right.
Me, my family, and my best friends family all trust our vehicles to Spence. He is very honest and often doesn't charge us for small items that are discovered while fixing something else. I only hope he doesn't plan on retiring anytime soon as it will be hard to find another mechanic as honest and trustworthy as him. Honest and trustworthy. Spence has gone above and beyond in caring for all of my family's vehicular needs, large and small. I've never been oversold. I don't feel swindled. If I walk in needing an oil change, I don't walk out with a laundry list of other "essential" needed repairs. Honest and trustworthy. I appreciate everything he's done for me and my family.
I'm a DIYer. But there are some things I can not do. So I take the cars to Sheppard Automotive. I once messed up a repair and Spencer corrected my error and only charged me for an hour of his time. I find Spencer to be honest, straight forward and competent. I've brought cars to other shops in the past. But now I'll only bring my vehicles to Spencer for my repairs I can not do.
Spence is straight forward and fair. Will go back as often as my car makes me. :)
