  We have used them twice unfortunately. They have great communication. High quality work on my Tesla and Prius. The most impressive thing was their flawless integration with the insurance payers and the Tesla service center

  Best auto customer service I've ever had. Walked in on a Saturday AM and were told by the manager that if I purchased my own part, he would install for free. I did just that, and while I waited he also told me that I was having an electrical issue that was easily fixed, also at no cost. Unheard of in the car-repair business. Also, I got to observe the other employees while I waited for an hour, and everyone seemed genuinely kind and nice to customers and one another. Would 100% recommend.

  Thank you for the fantastic job you did - my car looks good as new! Tracy Sloan was excellent with her communication throughout the process. All work was even completed a day ahead of schedule. I was so worried about price gouging because my car is a Tesla (as this happened to other people at other repair shops), but thankful that this did not happen.
  
  Great results, great communication and reasonable cost - I couldn’t ask for anything more. Service King certainly deserves the 5-star ratings I’ve seen online. My family will be back for any auto body repair needs in the future!

  My Corvette needed front end bodywork and a complete paint job on the rest of the car due to the clear coat coming off all over. Rick the manager worked with me on pricing and trust me painting a car isn't cheap. It took about 2 weeks and maybe a little longer but it was worth the wait. Everyone there was very nice, whoever painted it new what they were doing, and the car detailers did a great job too... Here's some pics, you be the judge.

  My experience at the Service King in Matthews was wonderful from start to finish. I took my car to this location to get repaired after getting into a minor accident. Rick was my first point of contact and he walked me through the entire estimate process and made sure I knew everything that Service King intended to repair. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and provided great service. My car was completed in the time frame they gave me up front and I found the text messages to be a great way to keep clients updated on the repair status. I would definitely recommend!
