They are very informative when it comes to letting you know the status of your car as far as the maintenance that you're going to need to address. It isn't just about a paycheck with them, they try to build relationships amongst management, coworkers, and more than anything the customer. Within a business serving the public mistakes will be made but what is more important than anything is a resolution and they make sure that their customers leave happy even if it isn't a profit. By far the best shop in 50 miles.
