Have been a patient for many years. Both doctors are great. Dr. House has been my regular doctor and she not only is very knowledgeable and experienced, but is friendly and caring. Just yesterday when my ophthalmologist did not respond to my eye concern, I went to her for a second opinion. She said I needed to go back immediately. Her staff set up an appointment for the next morning. I had two retina tears, plus hemorrhage and had immediate corrective laser surgery. Could have been much worse.
I have been seeing Drs. Thomas and House for 25 years and they have always provided me with the utmost care and attention. I had a slight emergency this past week and reached out to them on a late Thursday afternoon. They were extremely responsive, getting back to me promptly and arranging for me to be seen first thing the following morning. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care than Drs. Thomas and House! They and their staff are awesome!
I have been going to Dr House for over 20 years and I will continue to go to her for as long as she will see me. She is one of the most caring and funny and generous doctors I have ever met in my life.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Thomas and Dr. House for over 20 years. They are both true professionals! We have always received and appreciated the excellent care they provide. It's such a pleasure when we see them and visit their practice.
Dr House is very professional and thorough. She listens to what you have to say and isn't all about the "sale" of either glasses or contacts. Dr House worked with me for weeks/months to finally find contacts that I could wear and see through. This is the first time in 20 years anyone has been able to dial in and perfect a contact lens prescription that I can wear comfortably and see as well as through my glasses. She patiently tweaked at each weekly contact exam until she found the perfect formula for my eyes. I will be forever grateful! Katie is the absolute best Optician I've ever worked with. She is professional, kind, and extremely polite! She will find you a pair of glasses that fit your needs and budget! Highly recommend!
