Floor Coverings International Chapel Hill

I’m new to the area so I used Angi’s list to find a local floor company. We used a large chain for our last project which was a disaster. Jason came out to look at our space and give us a quote. From our first interaction, Jason was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He showed me plenty of samples and helped me choose the right flooring for our space. The work was done quickly (and as a night shift worker I actually slept through it!). The finished product, though, was beyond my imagination. He replaced my old worn carpet with beautiful laminate flooring that transformed the room completely. The flooring draws in the sunlight which warms and brightens the room. We’ve had a truly excellent experience with Jason and Lori, and will continue to work with them as we renovate our dated home.

We just had our wood floors refinished by Floor Coverings International out of Chapel Hill. Jason Clark, the owner was very responsive, always over-communicated, and did the job on time and on budget. Hard to find these days. His companies work spoke for itself but today I got flowers personally delivered by the owner to thank me for my business. I have not been that impressed by gratitude from a business in a while.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International - Chapel Hill. We recently bought a home that desperately needed new stair carpeting. It was stained and fraying. Owner Jason brought out many samples and helped us choose a carpet that will go will with our chosen wall color (we haven't painted yet). Jason and Lori kept in great communication and were so easy to work with. The installation was beautifully done.

Jason made upgrading my flooring incredibly easy! His assistant Lori was easy to get ahold of for scheduling and updates. Jason runs an independent franchise of Floor Coverings International and is doing a great job growing his business. He was a great listener, knowledgeable about his products, had pricing immediately available, and helped us choose a product that met our needs. He was realistic about expectations for a timeline for installation, and worked with his carpet installer to fit us into his schedule within less than half the time estimate. He even arrived early on install day to drop off material, just in time to help my husband bandage an injury (turns out Jason used to be in the Marines). We appreciate him going above and beyond for his customers every step of the way! Photos show the new carpet in the bedroom (normal light) and closet (fluorescent light).

We moved into an older house recently that had the most awful stained and dirty carpet. We knew we wanted to get the floors redone and that it would be a huge project. We found Floor Coverings International, and Jason & his team provided 5-star service throughout the entire process. There were other vendors we looked into which required that we would be responsible for materials - this is not the case with Floor Coverings international; they will provide you with a complete selection of whatever floors you’re interested in and order all of the pieces necessary. The installation was done beautifully and on time, despite supply chain issues and the pandemic. We enjoyed the service so much that we are having Jason’s team work on our second floor as well! I would absolutely recommend working with this team for your new floors.
