We moved into an older house recently that had the most awful stained and dirty carpet. We knew we wanted to get the floors redone and that it would be a huge project. We found Floor Coverings International, and Jason & his team provided 5-star service throughout the entire process. There were other vendors we looked into which required that we would be responsible for materials - this is not the case with Floor Coverings international; they will provide you with a complete selection of whatever floors you’re interested in and order all of the pieces necessary. The installation was done beautifully and on time, despite supply chain issues and the pandemic. We enjoyed the service so much that we are having Jason’s team work on our second floor as well! I would absolutely recommend working with this team for your new floors.

The stair runner came out beautifully, and it was exactly what we wanted. The pattern of the carpet and the structure of our stairs made it a complicated job, and they made sure it was perfect. We also had pretty specific requests, and Jason and his team were able to meet them. Can’t recommend them enough!

Jason made the entire process so easy and quick -- he brought some gorgeous samples to see in our home which made the selection decision way easier than I imagined it would be. He kept us updated on the timeline, set us up with a great team of installers and even recommended some other contractors for additional work we want done. Excellent experience start to finish!!

We had our carpets done here @ Chiropractic Partners of Durham by Floor Coverings International with Jason as our representative and they were amazing great customer service, quick response, easy process the whole way through and our carpets look wonderful. Jason went above and beyond in accommodating and scheduling even though it was a holiday he made the process smooth and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone that want a professional estimate and installation done at a timely manner and do not have time to wait 3 to 4 months before they even schedule you in.
