(February 3, 2019, 11:39 am)Found Watson to be customer oriented from scheduling the assessment to after the install. Assessor was prompt and helped make final decisions on molding. Installer arrived on time and was efficient (also, helped make some decisions). Watson reps called before and after the install to make sure everything was ready to go, and then, completed to my satisfaction.

The installers did a great job with the flooring and trim. They were professional and courteous and explained any issues which came up (which were minor and easily resolved).
We are very pleased with our new flooring in the living room and kitchen and it looks fantastic! Perhaps a little more thoroughness in the clean-up is about the only thing I would suggest. LL and Watson Installations have our recommendation to anyone who needs new flooring. Thank you!
