(March 20, 2019, 7:52 am)David Martinez performed our Spring checkup. We are pleased with his performance and with the thorough checklist he was using. His check showed that one unit had starting amperage over 140. We agreed with his suggestion for a hard start kit. Starting amperage dropped to 78. No doubt this preventative measure will avert premature failure.
Please bring David’s courtesy and professionalism to management attention -

(February 22, 2019, 10:19 pm)Parks is very efficient and personable, and they have their system of communication down, including tracking to tell how far away their service personnel are from your house. They check your HVAC system, provide information and even pictures of details of what needs to be repaired, and then handle everything quickly so you can get on with your day. I'm glad we have Parks covering our needs!

(February 21, 2019, 8:56 am)Parks installed a new lennox furnace and air conditioner. They communicated well, were very efficient during the installation, and covered all if my questions. I have been using them for 14 years and continue to be a happy customer.

(January 5, 2019, 12:57 pm)Jordan came out yesterday to assess the situation regarding my heater/furnace. He explained in detail and offered suggestions. He was very polite, professional and honest in his opinion of my options. Greg came out later to advise me on my financial options. Again, very professional and helpful. Spencer and Kyle are here currently installing my new system. I am very pleased and will be grateful when I have heat later today!!!
