Very knowledgeable about their vehicles and all the bells & whistles on them. Eager & helpful to demonstrate everything on the XT6 that I purchased but patient while I made my decision. Sales staff was helpful & informative, but never pushy. Was given a red carpet tour of the facility and introduced to service & parts employees. Very fair trade in process. I will definitely tell others about Boyd Chevrolet, Cadillac , GMC and their great staff. After sale, they were all extremely helpful and always professional.

I find the folks at Boyd Chevrolet in Henderson, NC, to be the go to people when you need a new or use vehicle. I had my car not start or crank due to my alarm anti-theft system locking my key out or not recognizing the key. With no relatives in North Carolina and on a Saturday I was forced to tow my home. On Monday, I towed it to Boyd Chevrolet. After a day of looking for a replacement part and no other way to start my car. The good folk at the dealership told me of a one owner, Low mileage car they had on their lot just a short time. I found the staff of employees to be understanding of my unfortunate situation and very professional. Not only did I get a nice car but they called to have my tags and insurance transferred, and filled my tank with gas. They took my bad day and made it Pleasant. Thanks to all the nice employees. And special thanks to salesman Steven Holdridge for him professionalism, thanks!!!

I was greeted with a smile and a brief discussion as to the purpose of the visit, what would be expected and the estimated time of delivery (completion). When I returned the vehicle was ready. The service attendant explained my bill and ensured that I understood what had been done and without hesitation checked me out (to pay my bill) and was extremely pleasant and friendly and calm and wished me a good day.
My experiences with this service team has always been top notch. I enjoy bringing my vehicle in for service and the interactions that I have with the entire service department. In my over 55 years of working with dealerships this is by far the best dealership/service department I had ever been accustomed to. Charles Boyd Chevrolet is definitely at the top of my list and the entire team and ownership should be extremely proud. They are, all, fantastic.

Absolutely the best car dealership! We had a wonderful experience purchasing a truck from Charles Boyd Chevrolet. Steven our salesman was fantastic and made the whole experience super easy and stress free. Steven handled literally everything for us even down to having the truck detailed and 100% fueled for us at the front door when we arrived. We actually drove 4.5 hours just to go to this dealership and we are so thankful that we did. Russell the sales manager was also great. He made sure that the truck was ours from the get go. We actually found the truck on their website and completed all of our buying process other than driving and signing paperwork on a Monday via phone. We were able to make the trip to pick the truck up on Saturday and during that time frame others wanted to see the truck, but Russell and Steven being the stand up guys they are simply said "sorry the truck is already sold." This really stands out to us especially since another unnamed dealership sold a truck we had asked for...(story for a different review). Charles Boyd Chevrolet is 100% customer oriented and all about customer satisfaction. We are so happy with the service we received and if we ever need another vehicle or know of anyone in need of a vehicle this is where we will send them. Oh and by the way not only did they have OUTSTANDING customer service; but their prices rock too! Thank you Steven and Charles Boyd Chevrolet! We can't thank you enough!
