I enjoyed my visit today, I was there with my sister and brother in law. I had a very warm welcome.

Diane Asher was my mother’s sales consultant. She was very respectful, engaging, and polite towards mother and me. She offered us water and made us feel comfortable during the process. She listened to my mother's concerns and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. If anyone chooses to purchase a car from Charles Boyd I recommend that they see her. Diane is good at resolving matters and thinking of solutions. After my mother spoke to her regarding a matter with Russell, she guaranteed that she would send my mother her paperwork through the mail and give her a free oil change. She already had agreed to give her a can of paint. We would like to give Diane 4 stars.

She introduced us to Mr. Boyd, the owner of the company. He was nice and engaged in conversation with us. Diane even told us that he comes in to work with the staff and customers and participates in the deals. He gave my mother a good deal on her car. We would like to give Mr. Boyd, the owner, 4 stars.

Charles Boyd and Diane Asher was very professional and knowledgeable about car buying gave the best pricing and monthly payment’s!!! Also the owner Mr.Boyd himself is very honest and down the earth he will talk to you like he been knowing you all his life. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and the people that is employed there.
