I've been renting from Hartland for 3 years I've had my AC stop blowing cold air, I've had no water pressure, and half of the heat vents not blowing hot air (all of these issues only happened once each) and when I called Wendy with the issue she's had someone out the same day within a couple hours of notifying her of the issue and it's been fixed with no further issues. Rent is really affordable compared to other rental companies. The one time that my husband forgot to pay the rent she gave me a phone call to notify me and didn't even charge me the late fee since we always pay on time or before rent is due. She didn't even file paperwork against us and we were 10 days late. Wendy is friendly and personable and will do her best to work with you and get you what you need quickly.
