Claudia Rickard - Certified Consulting Hypnotist

I met Claudia this morning for the 1st time. She is elegant, beautiful, caring, experienced, and professional. Highly recommended her! I will come back to her for continuing therapy as well.

I first met Claudia networking in the holistic world. After one meeting with her, I was more than curious about what she had to offer in a session and took the next available time. This isn't uncommon in networking, to get an experience with someone so that you know how to refer them, but what WAS uncommon was how quickly she was able to demonstrate the impact of her skills and tools.
After that first appointment, I made a few more for me, just because it became almost silly to hang on to old hurts when there was a way to walk through them - better - and then I started telling any of my friends with old wounds that they should call her. Transforming boulders to rocks to sand, that's what she does to traumas.

The magic of her BLAST technique is truly remarkable. She has so many different tools she can use, but BLAST is my favorite.

Claudia is absolutely wonderful! Going to therapy can be intimidating but she is so warm and welcoming, put me at ease immediately. I am very appreciative of the work I've done with Claudia Rickard. 20 years ago, after a long battle with not being able to quit smoking, I was finally able to quit smoking with the use of hypnosis, so prior to meeting Claudia, I already had a strong belief in it's ability to help with even the strongest addictions. Not all addictions are physical. Some can come in the form of mental or emotional. After my divorce, I had found myself addicted to blaming. It was easy to point the finger and not take responsibility for my own actions. As a result, I had lower confidence and could be triggered to anger easily. Upon recognizing this pattern, I reached out to Claudia to work with me on breaking this negative mindset. The work we've done together has been amazing. I appreciate her approach to digging in deep to the problem and then through hypnosis and the blast technique, inputting new suggestions that have helped me break the blame addiction. I feel more confident and less reaction oriented. More solution solution oriented.
