Crossroads Ford of Apex

When I dropped off the truck, I was greeted and helped instantly. The service lane is clean and easy to drive into having a Medium Duty Truck. Brent is an amazing Assistant Service Manager and helped get our company truck in so quickly and efficiently. He even knew about the recall and how long it would take to get it done. He even reset the oil change light from the last company that didn't. Beyond happy with our service visit and will be coming back! Thanks Brent!

I headed to Apex since Maps said they were less busy than usual.When I arrived was surprised to see the lobby full! Several people said they also checked Maps - great minds eh?
It took some waiting but I met 2 fantastic ladies which helped pass the time.
The service here is great. They were busy but when checking you in they take time to listen to your concerns and comments about your vehicle. I was there for The Works oil change and asked about the Service Engine Soon indicator. They found the cause of the Service Engine Soon indicator which had to do with the fuel door relays (minor issue) and were able to address that too.
Watch for the service coupons in the mail or on the website.
I highly recommend The Works oil change offer.

January, 2022 Update- Had to take another vehicle (2017 Explorer ) in for a recall. While I was at the dealership I asked them to give me an estimate on repairing a trim piece that had been damaged before we bought the vehicle. The price was great, parts were in stock, and the additional work was done very quickly. (And the new dealership is beautiful and very customer friendly.)

Once again, Crossroads Ford keeps hitting those home runs. The young lady (Hannah) who was my service writer, did an outstanding job and made the entire process very enjoyable and productive. Way to go Crossroads Ford! You guys are 5 stars all the way.

Previous posting from 2019 regarding the purchase of a new vehicle
This is my 6th F-150 and the second I have bought at Crossroads Ford. It is a great 2019 vehicle with the 3.5 V-6 and the Max Towing package. I have already been pleasantly surprised with the power/gas mileage and am looking forward to an opportunity to try out the towing capacity with our 30' plus camper. Once again Ford has hit a home-run with the #1 truck in the world!

I continue recommending to my friends that they consider Crossroads Ford for their next vehicle purchase. We got a great deal and really good service from the sales and the finance staff. I had a follow up with the Service department to install a bed-liner and that also went quite well. A pleasant experience across the board from a dealership that works hard to handle things in a professional and thorough manner.

Looking forward to seeing the new dealership when it opens and continuing what I am convinced will be a long and positive relationship with Crossroads Ford.

This was a better experience on service and getting a warranty issue looked at. Unfortunately parts are not available for it to be resolved. A leaky axle can eventually lead to full replacement even if parts aren't available. Driving it and waiting for now. Am confident they will fix when part comes in. At that point review will probably go to 5 stars.
Follow up...part came in and was installed. Did not take long, but will see how replacement goes after 4-5 K trip in less then a month. Crossing my fingers genuine Ford part fixed the leak. Service was excellent when truck went in. My advisor was very professional and understanding of a future warranty issue developing in oil pan. Have no problem taking truck in for service at Crossroads of Apex.

I was greeted at the door by a very friendly female service adviser who asked how she could help me. And she directed me to another friendly female adviser who proceeded to ring me out and return my car expeditiously. Overall, this was a pleasant pickup service.

However, the drop off for a scheduled appointment service wasn't too clear. When I drove up there were numerous cars in the first lane so I drove up in the second lane. There was a service attendant assisting in the first lane. After he finished with that customer, I quickly asked him was I to go into the building to the service department. He told me no and someone will come out. A very pleasant female adviser walked up to me with the paperwork for my service.
