The Villages at Westford Apartments

I’ve lived here for over a year and I’m renewing my lease for another. It was an easy decisions in large part due to William Hubbard, the community manager, who is the most professional, courteous, responsive community manager I’ve ever had. He’s a pivotal reason why I decided to renew my lease.

His last day as CM is today but wanted to write a review to celebrate all that he’s done for this community. Thank you.

I have lived in my apartment since May 2021 and have loved every minute. From the amazing amenities like indoor/outdoor pool, valet trash, huge gym with many activities and the all the fun activities organized by the community like food trucks and get togethers. This apartment complex is the best so far that I’ve lived in. At night lights are bright and I don’t feel scared to go out. Conveniently located to many shopping centers.

I moved in to the community blindly just based off of the office teams word, reviews and pictures. I must say none of those disappointed.

Everything was as pictured. The community is kept up nicely with great amenities. The location is great, convenient!

I literally moved out of state without even doing a virtual tour. I was a bit nervous but not new to the moving process, so I trusted the process.

The team was kind enough to help me make sure I can retrieve my keys without hassle, everything was lovely and I received a nice welcome kit. They have been very responsive and everything was in working order when I moved.

William was very knowledgeable and was very helpful when it came to selecting an apartment. He was able to assist me with choosing an apartment and with pricing. Overall, the tour was great and definitely a nice place to live!

Villages at Westford is a wonderful place to live. It’s a beautiful community with well maintained landscaping. The amenities are so nice and can’t be found at other communities. There is so much to do you don’t have to go anywhere to find fun things to do for the whole family. Neighbors are so friendly and respectful of noise levels and truly care about making this an enjoyable place to live. The car wash is a nice amenity as well. The property managers are kind, helpful, caring and truly want the residents to enjoy living here. It is for sure a 5 star community. There isn’t one negative thing I can say. It’s totally awesome!!!
