Bath & Body Works

the wonderful humans at the store all need raises. I come out of my way to this location because the workers are way more genuine and kind than the ones at the location enar me in Raleigh.
Each time I've been in this store there's been at least 1 rude, entitled, a-hole of a customer trying to make their day hell and from what I've seen they've always handed it professionally and with grace. Even today, as a man and his child are openly spewing rudeness at the workers behind the register because of a mistake HE made on HIS online order and tried to make his incompetentcy their problem, they kept it together way more than I ever could have.

whoever their manager is, needs to realize they have a good batch and they need to be treated as such.

First I will like to start off by saying I had an awesome experience at this Bath & Body works store 💜 all of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous… I absolutely love coming to this store.. one of the employees actually stopped what she was doing to help me find a fragrance I was looking for which was “Open Sky” I was a little disappointed when the staff let me know that the store no longer had “Open Sky” any longer the employee definitely turned my upside down frown 🙁 to a big smile 😀 when she found me a fragrance that had a lot of similarities to the spray I was actually looking for.. the bath & body works spray she found for me actually had an awesome lovely sent to it.. I absolutely loved it 😍 I was extremely happy / pleased 🤗 with the body spray she founded for me. Hands down I will definitely be returning to this Bath & Body Works store.. If I could give way more than five stars ⭐️ I would! 💜🤗💕

The staff & management at this location are hands down THE BEST, most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful of any B&BW I've ever set foot in. Like so many people, for me it's so easy to walk in and SO difficult to leave. Olivia, Dylan, Ellessa, Nyannia, Taylor & Nicole … you ALL are absolutely fantastic employees and even better people. You all always make my shopping experience a little better than the last and keep me coming back to your location. Keep it up, keep smiling and I'll see you all again soon!

THANK YOU to Lisa, Danielle, and Alex (pictured with me) for helping me candle shop today! They were all very helpful and friendly. I love coming to this store to de-stress and relax while buying/trying candles to buy for myself or friends etc. I've always had a good experience here and I thought I would document this specific trip there.
